Our sheep have been a part of our homestead for the last 8 years.  They are a cross between Ile de France and North Country Cheviot, and graze on the pasture as well as have access to hay and minerals.  We aim to have the lambs born between December and March, when the demands of the fields are minimal.  Our lamb is raised with their mothers, without the use of antibiotics or hormones. Our lamb cuts are available at farmers' markets and on the farm or by order  (half and whole).
